Richmond SPCA is bringing back the Canine Cafe for all of the dog loving Richmonders. Grab your pooch and a lawn chair and head on out for the Canine Cafe Happy Hour.
Snacks for both pets and people are included in the admission price. Sorry, but cocktails aren’t free. Beverages will be served from a cash bar, no outside alcohol is allowed.
