SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I have a beautiful dog that I rescued and people always am asking me what is she and I have always wanted to know myself. Vets think possible Manchester Terrier mix with Lab or Miniature Pinscher, or something along that line,so I was given the Who's Your DNA kit for Christmas from my mom and was apprehensive but open minded. Well, my first cause for concern was getting an email from the CEO asking when did I buy the kit as it appears the company is no longer in the pet DNA business and it would depend on the date of the purchase of the kit of if they would be able to process the sample or not. I asked my mom when it was bought and I wrote back and was told it would be processed.

When I got the results, I was so incredibly disappointed, since the results stated she was a Pekingese, Yorshire Terrier and Poodle, sorry there is nooooo way those results are right. What a waste of $65.

I tested my 20 pound black furry dog with upswept tail and pointed ears. The results from Canine Heritage came back as Chihuahua, Rottweiler, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier (aka a foundation sire for pit bulls). I think these are ridiculous and look nothing like my dog. The groomer I take her to thinks this is ridiculous also. I agree with waiting a few years until the tests are more accurate--or never, if you don't want to see breeds you may not like.

I have to agree. I'm so eager to test my dog, but until I feel that the test results will be more accurate I think I'll take your suggestion and just bide my time.
